Marketing Flyers
We will prepare a detailed marketing package for your property that will be shared with targeted, qualified prospects as well as local brokers and economic development directors. Care is taken to present a professional and attractive property profile. Profiles include the following: digital photograph of the property, a detailed description, property specifications, building layouts, floor plans, a location map, income and expense information.
Email Distribution
The e-blast is an initial marketing touch point sent to the local and regional brokerage and user communities. We are also able to send e-blasts to brokers across the United States and around the world, as appropriate. Each piece will detail property strengths using color photos and selling points.
